The DLM Series Park Brake is a two-shoe, mechanically actuated drum brake. The balanced design provides for equal torque in both directions. Balanced pressure makes both shoes perform the same amount of work, so brake linings have uniform wear patterns for consistent, smooth performance. Additionally, the DLM brake has fewer parts to wear and to stock. Less inventory and less maintenance, plus long service life, combine to provide reliable braking at low cost.
