Carlisle Suzhou Achieves Caterpillar SER Certification

(MEDINA, January 25, 2024) – Carlisle Brake & Friction announced its Suzhou facility has won a Supplier Excellence Recognition (SER) Certification from Caterpillar Inc. The Caterpillar SER is a new supplier management system featuring "Certified" and "Excellent" levels. Caterpillar officially launched the program in 2022. Carlisle's Suzhou manufacturing facility achieved a "Certified" level of recognition and celebrated the achievement alongside the Caterpillar team with a ceremony at the Carlisle Suzhou plant. 

Of 27,000 suppliers, 250 were among the selected companies awarded by Caterpillar. Carlisle, a leading global supplier of brake, clutch, and transmission friction products, is the only friction products manufacturer worldwide to win the coveted certification.
